This is our second Rosé. This rose is a co-fermented field blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot. All of this fruit was sourced from CTV in Aquebogue. The CTV vineyard is a unique vineyard with dense vine spacing utilizing dry farming practices which produces grapes that reflect their terroir. This wine is 100% stainless steel fermented and aged sur lie for 4 months.
