Blend of 50% steel fermented Chardonnay and 50% barrel fermented (neutral oak) Chardonnay made in a Burgundian inspired style from Estate Grown fruit. The vines for this wine are planted in a European inspired meter by meter spacing. This "tight" spacing only allows for hand managed vines yielding an expressive and savory Chardonnay that will pair a number of regionally inspired cuisines such as grilled veggies, local seafood, and light pasta dishes.
